Chalet (Cottage) 1 is located at the front of the house, facing the street and oriented north. A little cooler in summer, it offers a sunny terrace at the end of the day — perfect for an aperitif at sunset after a hike in the Ardennes.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster), a cosy living room with sofas, TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a comfortable sleeping area for up to 2 adults and 2 children. In the evening, enjoy the warmth of the open fireplace — firewood is provided free of charge.

Outside, there is a private terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, access to the large shaded shared garden, and private parking in front of the house. Chalet 1 is also dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs, small additional fee) — perfect for a peaceful stay in Corbion, an ideal starting point for more than 70 km of hiking and mountain biking trails.

If you enjoy active holidays, you can also go kayaking, karting, and take part in the many sporting events regularly organised in the area.

Culture lovers won't be disappointed either. Take a journey through more than 1,000 years of history by visiting the medieval castles of Bouillon and Sedan. In Charleville-Mézières, you can also visit the Rimbaud Museum, dedicated to the famous French poet Arthur Rimbaud.

We care about the environment: the chalets' electricity is generated by solar panels, we strongly encourage waste sorting (mandatory, otherwise part of the security deposit may be withheld), we are developing a permaculture vegetable garden, and we respect the natural wildlife around us.
